Business Festival sTARTUp Day 2019 Announces Full Program

sTARTUp Day 2019 “From zero to hero”, the biggest business festival in the Baltics is taking place from 23rd to 25th of January in Tartu, Estonia. Festival is now announcing the full program.

The first day of the event, January 23 will be dedicated to side events, such as Investor and Executive Day. January 24-25 are the main days of the festival, where you will meet the brightest startup entrepreneurs from the region.

“For the first time, we have a 2 day program at sTARTUp Day. We have managed to raise the quality as well. It’s a community organized event, all the topics are specially selected to represent what our community stands for and wants to improve on,” says Ermo Tikk, Head Organizer of sTARTUp Day.

This year the festival will bring together 4000 participants and over 100 speakers from all over the world. There will be 3 stages, 7 seminar rooms, 19 different focus topics, a large demo and partner area, different side-events and pitching competitions throughout the two main days.

From Marketing and AI to Space Technology and Creative Business, the variety of topics ensures that attendees can learn new things about their field as well as get introduced to new untapped ones.

The program includes founder stories from fresh founders as well as unicorn founders, stories of failure and success that have never been told before in front of a big audience. Plus, some of the speakers include Swedish astronaut Christer FuglesangHermione Way, brand consultant and former Tinder’s Head of European communications, Patrick Mock (Google Play), Jevgeni Kabanov (Taxify) and more.

“Some have argued that in the Baltics there is great technical talent, but less experience in business and marketing. So this time we have an extra strong marketing track talks from marketing managers who’ve worked at Google and Tinder”, points out Sven Illing, Program Manager of sTARTUp Day.
