Don’t we encourage each other way too rarely?
I saw a tweet this morning where a Finnish entrepreneur had retweeted a warm compliment he had received about their service – And he was really thankful of the positive feedback.
That made me think that we encourage and thank each other out loud way too rarely.
So this Friday we want to encourage you to praise your colleagues, your country’s ecosystem, the people that inspire you or even your biggest competitors.
