We seek a highly skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will ensure the quality of our product and services. In this role, you will work closely with our development and customer service teams to ensure that our products meet the highest quality.

Our product, Viio, is the leading cloud-based SaaS Management Platform that helps organizations manage their software-as-a-service (SaaS) applications from a single dashboard. We provide features such as application discovery, usage tracking, cost optimization, procurement, and employee management. Responsibilities

  • Maintaining Product Quality. Conduct comprehensive UI and API testing to ensure the software meets both functional requirements and user expectations.
  • Test Documentation. Develop and maintain test cases and checklists that serve as a blueprint for effective and repeatable testing processes.
  • Requirements RefinementCollaborate with Product managers to refine and clarify project specifications and requirements, ensuring alignment and feasibility.
  • Cross-functional CollaborationEngage with diverse teams across the organization to integrate QA insights and foster a unified approach to product quality.
  • Help the Customer Success TeamProvide essential support to the customer success team by identifying the root causes of user issues, improving problem resolution and product reliability.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing, with a focus on web testing
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and solve complex technical issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • English language proficiency of B1 level or higher
  • Experience with technical support or customer service is a plus
