Job Description

We’re looking for a Growth Product Manager to spearhead our Growth Team. Together, your main goal is to drive more value from our Gridly product. This is done by operating across the whole user journey, analyzing product usage and customer behavior, running experiments to see what improves things, looking to increase customer lifetime value with upsells, and engaging with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Develop Growth Strategies: Create and implement strategies to increase user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • User Experience Optimization: Continually seek ways to improve the user experience to drive product adoption, satisfaction and monetization.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics to make informed decisions and to track the effectiveness of growth strategies
  • Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify new growth opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work with marketing, sales, and engineering teams to align growth strategies with business objectives.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure growth and identify areas for improvement.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in SaaS product management, growth hacking, or a related role.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Expertise in User Experience optimization.
  • Familiarity with running experiments and A/B testing to evaluate the impact of different strategies on product growth.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and performance metrics.
  • Knowledge of current industry trends and a passion for technology and innovation.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Knowledge of common SaaS metrics.
  • Responsible and highly self-driven.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
