Vilnius-based startup GoRamp has successfully raised €3 million in a late seed funding round led by Lead Ventures, with participation from its existing investors, including Willgrow, Startup Wise Guys, and Presto Ventures. This recent injection of capital comes after the startup’s initial €1.5 million seed funding round. The recent funding will serve as a stepping stone for GoRamp to accelerate its growth trajectory in the European markets. Moreover, the startup aims to strengthen its position in the highly competitive US market, a strategic move to establish itself as a global player in the logistics technology sector.

Founded in 2017 by Jevgenij Polonis, Marius Repecka, and Ugnė Palionytė, GoRamp has been making strides in the market with its innovative software solutions tailored for shippers. The company’s focus lies in empowering businesses to make proactive decisions in sourcing, monitoring, and analyzing their transportation management processes.

GoRamp’s SaaS solution enables manufacturing, retail, and production companies to digitize their logistics operations seamlessly. By streamlining key aspects such as sourcing, planning, and monitoring transportation shipments, GoRamp claims that its system eliminates up to 70% of operational work. Furthermore, the software has been reported to increase warehouse loading efficiency by 20% while reducing logistics costs by up to 25%.

“With low competition in the SME market and our loyal customer base, we see this as the perfect timing opportunity to drive rapid growth not only in Europe but also on a global scale. We are delighted that Lead Ventures and our existing investors share our vision and have provided substantial support to expand into new markets and deliver even greater value to our existing and potential customers,” stated Jevgenij Polonis, CEO & Co-Founder.

“When considering investing into Goramp we were impressed by the outstanding team and the results that they could deliver even as an early-stage company. Goramp disrupted the transportation and logistics industry, which has a huge potential, but has been lagging in terms of digitization until recently. Goramp’s modular platform is very sticky among logistics professionals globally due to the seamless user experience and the benefits, which come from the increased transparency and better overview about the logistic processes. We look forward to joining them on their journey to expand on new markets and to help them increase their global footprint in the era of logistics digitization,” stated Kristóf Székely, partner of Lead Ventures.
