Located in the heart of Tampere in the Tulli business area, Platform6 opened its doors in October 2020 and it will be home to more than 70 resident startups and a natural meeting place for the startup community.

Role in local startup ecosystem development
Platform6 project was set up by the City of Tampere to fuel the creation of startups in their first years of activity, support existing ones and promote the quality of our companies and entrepreneurs.
Platform6 will provide first hand insights into the emerging startups, entrepreneurs and tech coming from Tampere Region. We believe a lot more international success stories will come from Tampere in the future!
Behind Operations
Platform6 is operated by Tampere Startup Hub. We are a non-profit organization of serial entrepreneurs, startups and local community builders hosting the Tampere startup ecosystem under the same roof, by community for the community.
