Danish DAM platform is acquired by Luxion Group to revolutionize digital supply chain

Odense-based SaaS startup Digizuite is acquired by Luxion Group ApS, the company renowned for its 3D visualization software KeyShot. This acquisition signifies Luxion’s strategic move to bolster the digital supply chain landscape by incorporating Digizuite’s Digital Asset Management (DAM) solutions. The aim is to empower businesses to efficiently manage assets, enhance collaboration, and streamline content delivery across diverse channels, aligning with the growing significance of 3D visualization and effective asset management in various industries.

With the acquisition of Digizuite, Luxion aims to deliver even greater value to its current and future customers by integrating cutting-edge DAM capabilities into its portfolio. As 3D visualization tools continue to evolve and play a crucial role in diverse industries, Luxion recognizes the importance of effective asset management in enhancing business efficiency, productivity, and output.
