Codicent, a Gothenburg-based AI startup, has raised its first investment round to further develop its AI-driven logbooks for managing and sharing knowledge within organizations. Founded by Linda Vitell and Johan Isaksson, Codicent’s AI logbook aims to streamline knowledge transfer and decision support, ensuring valuable knowledge is preserved and shared effectively. The investment will be used to develop the platform, expand the team, and accelerate growth. Codicent’s innovative approach has gained attention for its ability to transform corporate structures by refining knowledge. With this funding, Codicent aims to establish itself as a leader in AI-driven knowledge platforms.

Codicent, founded in 2019, focuses on improving knowledge management within organizations. The company’s platform is designed to streamline the flow of information, making it easier for employees to access and share knowledge. By consolidating and organizing corporate information, Codicent aims to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and stimulate innovation. The platform includes features like the CogniLog, which provides real-time learning capabilities and delivers business insights. Codicent’s goal is to revolutionize internal knowledge management and communication, paving the way for smarter, more efficient organizations.

“This is a big step for us. With the new resources, we can continue to innovate and offer our existing and new customers an even better product,” says CEO Linda Vitell, co-founder of Codicent.

AI professor Jan Bosch, who is part of Codicent’s advisory panel, comments: “Codicent represents the next generation of AI technology. Their focus on knowledge sharing is critical to business success in an increasingly complex and fast-moving business environment. They are pioneers in the field, showing how AI can be used to create real value beyond automation.”

Codicent’s AI log has already gained attention for its innovative approach and ability to transform business structures by not only making knowledge available but also refining it. With the new funding, the company aims to take its position as a leader in AI-powered knowledge platforms.

“We are convinced that our technology will not only improve how companies function today, but also how they develop for the future,” says CTO Johan Isaksson, co-founder of Codicent. “This capital gives us the opportunity to continue pushing the boundaries of what is possible with AI.”
