New Helsinki Co-Working Space Launches At Finnish Internet Success Roots

Microsoft opened on Thursday a new co-working space for startups in downtown Helsinki in the same location Sulake Labs created some 10 years ago the first global Finnish internet success Habbo Hotel.

The free-to-use venue, called Microsoft Flux, comes with no strings attached, startups do not need to sign up for Microsoft products or pay any monthly fees like in many other co-working venues.

There are some 40 events scheduled to take place at the venue at Korkeavuorenkatu 35 during the next two months.

Helsinki is the second Microsoft opened its first similar co-working space in San Francisco, and next locations will be Shenzen and Redmond.
