Noice, a Helsinki-based live-streaming platform designed for gamers, announced the closure of its $21 million Series A funding round, commencing a Closed Beta in November. The company is supported by notable entrepreneurs and investors from companies like Unity, Supercell, and Wolt, including key figures such as  Mikko Kodisoja (Supercell), Ilkka Paananen (Supercell), Miki Kuusi (Wolt) and Riku Mäkelä (Wolt), and by professional investors Sedona Holdings (led by Bret Terrill), Team Builder Ventures (led by Steven Lurie), Bitkraft (led by Jens Hilgers) and F4 Fund (led by David Kaye) with the continued support from their seed-round investors. Noice offers game developers a unique opportunity for increased exposure and player engagement through collaborative experiences between creators and their audience. The funding will be directed towards further developing and enhancing the platform’s capabilities, catering to the gaming, creator, and developer communities’ mutual benefits in a positive-sum, open ecosystem.

Noice aims to transform the traditional gaming and livestreaming experience. It allows gamers to actively participate in livestreams rather than solely being spectators. The platform turns livestreams into engaging multiplayer gaming sessions, enabling viewers to play games while watching streams. This creates an interactive and immersive experience where gamers become active participants, engaging in multiplayer games within the livestream environment. Noice also focuses on empowering content creators by enhancing community engagement through gaming, enabling fans to play alongside their favorite streamers, form teams, and support them financially in innovative ways. Additionally, the platform provides game developers with a unique avenue for increased exposure and engagement by connecting players with their favorite content creators, allowing for collaborative experiences even before installing the games. Overall, Noice aims to create a positive-sum, open ecosystem benefiting gamers, content creators, and game developers alike.
