As we are experiencing increasing demand for our product, we are seeking Vice President (VP) Sales to join the digital procurement revolution.

As a VP Sales at Ignite, you will

  • Identify improvements and develop sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goals
  • Build a high performing team by providing strong mentorship, coaching and guidance
  • Set OKRs and motivate the sales teams to achieve their goals
  • Ensure timely recognition and reward for top achievers and implementing performance management actions
  • Ensure the proper use of CRM databases and tools to track performance
  • Build strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders
  • Support Product organization in monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor analysis

Other qualifications include

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent within Business & Administration, Engineering or similar with strong academic results
  • Minimum 5 years work experience within Sales
  • Experience from sales in other SaaS companies, or from a previous role within strategic procurement is preferred
  • Fluent in English – oral and written
