What you will be doing

  • Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative user research with a cross-functional team to identify opportunities for generative, descriptive, and evaluative user research based on organizational priorities and objectives,
  • Synthesize data to identify insights,
  • Create deep empathy and understanding of the user and represent the user’s voice in product discussions with Product Managers, Designers, Developers, and key stakeholders,
  • Collaborate across the company to continually improve the level of research and best practices,
  • Conduct market, industry, and competitor analysis,
  • Co-lead recruitment and scheduling of participants for user research activities,
  • Work with users, designers, and web analytics to validate designs and prototypes,
  • Work closely with business, technology, and design experts to understand business and technical concerns, constraints, and opportunities.

What we expect

  • 3+ years of experience as a user researcher with a demonstrated track record of contributing to and leading UX research activities,
  • Ability to work autonomously,
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills,
  • A solid understanding of e-commerce domains (including wholesale) would be a bonus,
  • Great communication skills,
  • Fluency in English (speaking and writing).
