Findity, one of the fastest-growing fintech companies, is looking for a talented Support Agent in or around Ludvika. The person would be a part of the Company’s dedicated customer support team and help in providing exceptional customer service to its clients. As you will be our face outwards, we expect that you are outgoing, flexible, and enjoy meeting new people. Job Responsibilities

  • Communicate clearly and effectively with customers through telephone / e-mail / chat / SMS / website
  • Provide 1st class customer service to help our customers and offer additional support
  • Understand the products and services to help find the best solutions for the customer
  • Collaborate with technical staff and clients to establish goals and objectives for system improvements and upgrades
  • Create and implement new processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction while reducing costs.

Skills & Qualifications

Required

  • At Least 2 years of experience in customer service and contact role
  • High school education and eagerness to learn
  • Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in all circumstances
  • Ability to quickly recognize problems, form solutions and execute solutions/procedures
  • Good computer skills and a technical interest
