Under the umbrella of ArcticStartup Events, we have proudly organized 78 impactful events in 4 countries, including Arctic15, Nordeep, Tonic Summit and Hamam Tech Summit Istanbul. These gatherings have facilitated 26,000 one-on-one meetings, drawing participants from over 60 countries and attracting over 20,000 attendees.

We’re embarking on an unprecedented mission—to organize 365 events in 365 unique locations, redefining the event industry one day at a time. As a visionary Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in shaping this.

Your Impactful Responsibilities:

Your qualifications:

  • Language Proficiency:

For Helsinki: Fluent in Finnish and English; proficiency in Swedish is advantageous.

For Istanbul: Fluent in Turkish and English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.

  • Education and Experience: Possess a Bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline such as commerce, economics, or marketing. A Master’s degree would be highly beneficial. Demonstrated experience of a minimum of 5 years as a corporate sales manager.
  • Sales Expertise: Strong background in B2B sales with an impressive portfolio. Skilled in effectively coordinating and managing sales operations to maximize profitability. Proficient in adeptly communicating with clients to present compelling products/services and successfully persuade them to make purchases.
  • Leadership and Achievement: A visionary leader with a talent for creating and fostering collaboration within sales teams, leading to the development and implementation of effective strategies. Proven track record of consistently exceeding annual sales targets, achieving at least 600k+. Successfully led and grew teams of 5+ members.
  • Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in the Event industry, Startup Ecosystem, or Corporate B2B Sales is considered a valuable asset.
