The job

Are you motivated by the thought of communicating product value through compelling content? We are looking for a Sales Content Manager who can create impactful sales collateral for our global marketing and sales efforts and help tell and sell the story of Leapwork’s Test Automation Platform.

A lot of work has already been put into identifying our product’s unique value – your job will be to turn this foundational work into impactful content that will empower our Sales team to better communicate that value. Formats will include solution briefs, product overviews, landing pages, use cases, and more.

You will be joining the Content Marketing team who work with the entire Leapwork organization to deliver impactful strategies and content production. You’ll report to the Content Marketing Team Lead, but work closely with our Product Marketing and Sales teams to educate and enrich your content. You can also expect to work closely with the remaining Marketing functions, including design and digital marketing as well as Customer Success and Product to understand needs and improve the sales collateral offering.

What you’ll be doing

Translating marketing intelligence into various content formats that can be used throughout the sales cycle

Building and maintaining a library of sales collateral that is easily accessible for our Sales team and helps them effectively engage with prospects

Mapping and leveraging existing collateral to create new and updated collateral pieces

Staying up to date with Product Marketing developments in persona research, value propositioning, the competitor landscape, and proactively implementing changes to our content

Supporting the Product Marketing Managers on product launches and releases

Working with our Design team to visualize stories in a range of formats

Gathering feedback from our Sales team to improve our content offering

Who you are

You are interested in tech and B2B marketing

You can articulate technically complex product value in a way that is easy to understand to multiple audiences

You can create killer messaging and compelling stories in flawless English

You know how to utilize persona insights in content and make your readers tick

You are collaborative by nature and enjoy working cross-functionally to orchestrate high-impact content

You aren’t expecting there to be a “how to do your job” playbook waiting for you

You have a natural curiosity for the latest technology development trends and solutions

You leave no stone unturned when it comes to understanding product marketing research

You can spot gaps and opportunities in our current content offering that will help our Sales team educate prospects

Requirements

2+ years of experience with preparing and presenting sales collateral

Proven track record of translating technical solutions into commercial stories and business cases

Outstanding English writing skills

It’s a plus, but not a must if you have:

Experience working in a similar industry and market (B2B tech)

Experience working in HubSpot and Salesforce
