    When it comes to creating a welcoming and efficient office environment, a hero is needed. We are looking for an eager and awesome Office Hero to join our People Team in our HQ, in Copenhagen. While we hope you’ll enjoy doing this so much that will barely feel like a job, let us stress this enough – this role takes a big responsibility when it comes to our day-to-day life at Rokoko. We do our best to create a remarkable experience from the moment our colleagues put their foot down in our office. And that starts with you. We hope to find in you the next colleague that will help us create and nurture a wonderful employee experience right from the get-go.

    The day-to-day

    • You’ll make sure supplies are filled and our office is fully stocked with everything needed.
    • You’ll help coordinate & clean up after lunch, meetings, and other in-house office arrangements.
    • You’ll keep our general common areas tidy and organized. You will also have the opportunity to let your creativity shine in developing our office interior.
    • Together with the People Team, you will help facilitate and ideate social events and social interactions in Rokoko, physically & digitally.
    • You will handle our correspondence, booking transport or travel accommodations. From time to time our colleagues from Greece or other locations when visiting our HQ. You’ll be the one making them feel like it’s hard to leave us.
    • You’ll handle various ad hoc tasks from the People & Culture Team and get the chance to start your career in a very people-centric department.
    • You’ll be helping us warmly welcome our new colleagues on day 1 by being in involved our pre-onboarding and onboarding experience.

    What you need to succeed in this role

    • We’re looking for someone able to work approx. 20 hours a week. Our dream hero can get us covered for 4 hours every weekday.
    • You have the right vibes, you bring that energy around the office and with your daily interactions. People love talking to you and have no hesitations in asking for your help.
    • You have that big smile, proactive mindset, and you absolutely enjoy getting things done.
    • You are organized and structured but always find your way around if you need to. At all times you like being one step ahead and having a plan B up your sleeves.
    • You have good communication skills. You are able to listen and communicate effectively and empathetically.
    • You are fluent in English, both written and oral.

    We will be thrilled if..

    • You have an interest or passion in technology or our industry.
    • You have previous experience working for another start-up or have had the chance to work in a tech-savvy environment.
    • You’re fluent in Danish. Or simply pronouncing “Rødgrød med fløde” doesn’t make you run away.
    • You don’t shy away from taking on new tasks related to HR, finance, or legal. We’re eager to share with you some of the cool things we do here. You’re keen on emerging in areas out of your comfort zone.
