The job

One of the key reasons for our global success is our highly efficient inbound channel, each day delivering new high-intent leads that found their way into our website, and now requesting to learn more about Leapwork and/or test automation.

As the SDR, you are the first human, these incoming leads are in contact with. Your role is to build trust and guide them in their automation journey by understanding their pain, challenge or need

Your key role is to generate new business revenue pipeline by sales qualifying leads that you have mapped as a potential fit in the case of a relevant match – or qualifying out if there is not

As the SDR sits right between marketing and sales, you will be introduced to both marketing and sales strategy and tactics, which means that you will both need the relentless hunger for driving sales results, as well as the patience to use research and marketing insights as your power weapon to open up conversations in compelling context with the incoming leads based on information gathering, tech stack, industry, company and personal background (and other relevant criteria you can bring in)

You will work closely with sales on bringing opportunities into the pipeline, whereas it’s Sales’ job to close your deals.

About you:

You don’t need a certain experience, but you need the right mindset– you are keen to learn, energetic and hungry for results

You really like talking to people, as the phone will be your most important tool for reaching out to inbound leads

Great English verbal and written skills (It’s an advantage, but not a must if you have either German or French as native or secondary language)

High activity level. Why? Because it’s proven that it pays off!
