Neurons Inc is looking for a kickass Director of Marketing

Neurons Inc. is on a transformation journey, moving from a more consultancy based organization to focus on our SaaS product. We are looking for a stellar Director of Marketing to drive strong lead generation and branding globally.

The Director of Marketing will oversee Neurons’ promotion and advertising efforts to promote sales and build brand awareness. The role will have two key areas of focus: generating strong leads and rebranding/streamlining our brand.

Responsibilities include developing an overall marketing strategy, run an iterative process, approving campaigns and measuring the return on investment of various activities.

What you’ll do

The Marketing Department currently consists of 3 people: A Marketing Manager, a Marketing Inbound Specialist and a Content Writer. The Director of Marketing will play a strategic and integral part in realizing Neurons’ potential, mission and vision. In this role you’ll be expected to generate strong leads by staying on top of current marketing trends and advertisements to determine the effectiveness of different styles and strategies. You will be collaborating with the leadership team to make high-level decisions regarding budget and direction of the company. Additionally, you’ll:

  • Address, modify, and extend our Ideal Customer Profile
  • ​​Have a strong focus on expanding into new markets with a high lead generation focus
  • Analyze sales numbers in comparison to the marketing budget in order to find the profit margin and which campaigns were most effective
  • Research competitors to stay current with similar products or services on the market

You will also be in charge of company (re)branding based on updated vision/mission and review and update the competitive landscape, and form initiatives for brand positioning accordingly. Furthermore, you’ll:

  • Create and maintain a successful brand and image that attracts customers to the product or service
  • Work closely with both the Sales and Marketing departments to develop successful strategies and campaigns that attract new customers and keep current clients
  • Develop marketing strategies for new products or services that comply with current company standards

Finally you’ll be part of building and maintaining a strong and attractive employer brand, working with the People & Culture department.

  • Relevant work experience and a proven track records for lead-generation and branding with a strong data and growth driven focus
  • Experience working with a SaaS product
  • 3 years’ experience leading a marketing team
  • Experience with inbound as well as outbound and account-based marketing strategies
