Who are we?

Waved is a Norwegian technology startup with a vision to create a good atmosphere in public spaces using data. We are currently growing rapidly and have a product that today automatically controls the sound volume in restaurants, bars and hotels in several cities in the Nordic region. The product we develop is the only one of its kind and consists of a number of exciting technologies. In order to continue to establish ourselves as an industry standard, we need skilled people who can help us maintain good customer contact and satisfaction as the company grows – this is where you come in.

About the role

As a customer success specialist, you will be Waved’s face and vote for all our customers, and an important ambassador for our brand and our reputation. You understand the customers’ needs and share this knowledge internally. You will be responsible for continuously improving and streamlining the way we work with our customers and ensuring good and efficient customer experiences.

Waved consists of a physical and a digital product and the customer journey therefore consists of several components, you will be playing an important role throughout the customer journey from the time the sale has taken place. This means, among other things, organizing installations, installing the product and ensuring that the customer gets a seamless experience during onboarding on the digital platform and that the customer’s needs are taken care of.

The role involves a physical presence with the customers and you will have the opportunity to travel both abroad and domestically.

Tasks and areas of responsibility

  • Support of customers and partners via email, phone and physical meetings.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and take care of customers in line with our guidelines
  • Build a framework for processes for onboarding and customer follow-up.
  • Work proactively and identify potential challenges early
  • Contribute to discussions related to onboarding, customer success and product development.
  • Installation of the product at the customer’s.

What are we going to work on in the future?

In the future, we will work to define an industry standard for automatic sound control in restaurants and hotels. We work to make installation and setup of the product as easy and seamless as possible, so that our customers get what they want from day one. In the slightly longer term, we will continue to work on fulfilling our vision of creating a good atmosphere in public spaces using data. We will look at how we can automate other parts of the atmosphere, both with sound and with completely different aspects of what constitutes a good guest experience.

This is you

We are looking for you who have at least one year of work experience in customer care and onboarding. You are empathetic, helpful and act professionally, even under pressure. You are solution-oriented and generally interested in technology with a basic understanding of electronic gadgets. It is an advantage if you have experience in establishing well-documented processes for onboarding and follow-up. You are a team player who enjoys helping others, building positive relationships and solving the challenges of our users and partners.

We hope that you have an interest in sound and are happy to have an opinion on what a good atmosphere is. In the long run, you should be able to take a lot of responsibility and be able to work independently, and should appreciate a fast-paced everyday life and projects with great variety.
