This acquisition enhances ECOKRAFT’s offerings with Fenix Solar’s advanced technology for optimization and proactive error correction, allowing for more efficient and reliable solar energy solutions. Fenix Solar will continue to operate as an independent subsidiary, leveraging its expertise to support ECOKRAFT’s growth strategy in sustainable energy solutions across Sweden.

Fenix Solar, founded in 2020, specializes in monitoring and optimizing solar cell installations. The company focuses on analyzing solar data to detect production losses and errors quickly, providing customers with detailed performance metrics of their solar cells. This proactive approach ensures that any issues affecting solar energy production are identified and addressed promptly, maximizing the efficiency and effectiveness of solar installations. Fenix Solar’s technology helps solar cell owners manage their systems more efficiently, allowing them to contribute effectively to a better climate without the need for constant oversight.

ECOKRAFT, established in 2008, is a solar energy supplier that designs and installs complete solar cell systems for homes, agriculture, and businesses. The company works with European market-leading suppliers to provide high-quality solar solutions. ECOKRAFT offers a comprehensive range of services, including planning, projecting, installation, and commissioning of solar cell systems.
