Rapidly growing FinTech company Change transfers two leaders from Estonian-based company Wise

Tallinn-based crypto investment platform Change has announced the expansion of its team with two former Wise leaders, Mikhail Luzhetskiy and Roman Rossov. The platform has already been growing considering the 1.13bn euro trading volume of the company in 2021 which refers to an 846% annual increase. Now, the company is expecting to feed the team’s motivations with these new major transfers.

Change’s current status

Founded in 2016, the FinTech company provides services for European people to gain access to investments. The current network of the company has reached over 70K verified users from 31 EU countries. The amount traded monthly via the Estonian company is more than 170 million euros. The company has achieved a 160% growth in new customers and raised its product revenue at the rate of 807% considering the 2021 growth of the company. Now, two major hires will probably accelerate its status and boost the team up, accordingly its annual increase.

What can we say about Luzhetskiy and Rossov?

Change hired Mikhail Luzhetskiy as CFO, which was the first C-level transfer of the company. Now, he is responsible for the company’s growth. Before this, Luzhetskiy was the Head of Operational Finance at Wise. He had a remarkable six years there while helping Wise expand and reach the current point of its.

As for Roman Rossov, he has become VP of Growth at Chance. Rossov’s focus will be on paving the way for sustainable product growth and expanding the company’s data, product and marketing strategies. Previously Group Product Manager at Wise, Roman has already headed up expansion strategies for over 20 new markets. A seasoned growth specialist, he has also launched and scaled 15 start-ups as a growth consultant.
