Is food the most important part of a conference?

Think back on all the conferences you’ve attended. What specifics do you remember? Of course you might recall an exceptionally inspiring talk, or maybe you remember a new contact you met or some crazy demo stand. But one thing we’ve noticed: You always remember the food and your experience getting it – good or bad, long line or quick and easy. We’ve attended countless conferences at ArcticStartup, and our brain is a useless encyclopedia of conference food.

With this in mind, we’re going big with the food at the Arctic15 this year, offering a a whole Food Street full of different flavors for you to try out. Not one, not two, not three, not even four, but five different food concepts are waiting for you to feast on at Arctic15: Exit Path.

Thanks to a new startup, Foodiac, which allows you to order a chef straight to your home or office, we’ll be served pork neck by Top Chef winner and home-made sausages by MasterChef winner for you, and the chefs will be there to tell you more. Awesome! Then we got sushi with a local twist, sweet and spicy Thai flavors and delicious sandwiches. Hungry already? Read further and start drooling. Ohh and don’t worry about those long lines. Our Food Street lunch will be open from 11.00 until 15.00 and you can drop in at any time to fulfill your gastronomical desires.

We’ve got also great coffee and tea for you, served non-stop. And how about mushroom beverages? No, not the magic ones! The medicinal ones which will give you an immunity boost.

This all is naturally included in your ticket.

Here is the full menu: (still subject to minor changes)
