Swedish data analytics platform is acquired by US-based broadband testing services

Helsingborg-based startup CellRebel has been acquired by Ookla, the US-born provider of broadband testing services. The Swedish startup’s analytics platform helps network operators, their related service providers, and application developers to better understand and improve customer experiences and network quality globally. The internet speed test firm Ookla will use these capabilities of CellRebel to strengthen mobile network performance and upgrade consumer experiences.
