skype_logoWho doesn’t want to be a part of a big brand, that is revolutionary, transforming a certain aspect of your life and connects you to millions of users anywhere across the globe? Everyone does, and Skype is definitely one of those brands. Over a 100 million active users, utilizing the communication tool for personal and professional use. And guess what Skype is adding more opportunities for passionate people to be a part of it.

Skype announced its plans to add 350 new jobs in the current year. That means ample opportunities, equally big challenge to work your way into Skype and be a part of its global network. Most of these opportunities are based in the Palo Alto office. With focus on numerous European countries alike.

Sounds good, shows that Skype is growing and is keen at having innovative people who can help accelerate the production of implementation of newer products for numerous platforms. While this will be swinging a bit off topic, but I would love to see how these opportunities expand to other regions as well. As in we see that all the Skype Opportunity hub is concentrated in the US and European region and there is a lot of empty space in the Asian, South American region, again maybe those aren’t the areas where Skype wants to expand into and create opportunities but definitely a hub they can leverage big time.
