Most people work at startups because it’s not your average job, but with it usually comes below average pay for your field. CEOs are of course looking for star talent, but they can hypothetically make up for a below average salary by substituting cold hard cash with the hopes and dreams that come with equity. Most people we’ve talked to who work at startups will tell you they chose their job for many more factors that just the money, but we think it would be a good idea to get a picture of how employees are paid across the region.

To find out more about the region, we decided to poll our readers working at startups less than 3 years old to find out how much they’re taking home each month. Below you’ll find a simple Google Docs form, where we ask a few basic questions (and no personal information). It would be great if you took the time to fill it out!
