Option One expands its holding in Jiroy
Option One AB (“Option One”) announces today that the company has expanded its holding in the existing portfolio company Jiroy AB (“Jiroy”). Through the transaction, Jiroy will not receive any cash as the transaction consisted of the purchase of existing shares.
For two years, Jiroy has been in a phase permeated by intensive product development. In 2022, the service will be launched to the market and will thereafter forever change Swedish trade and the consumer’s way of shopping online. With the launch, Jiroy enters the next phase and at the same time creates about 20 new jobs for the region, where the new employees will help the company in its efforts to become the obvious destination for Swedish trade.
