Open Call: Event Organizers Unite Around Arctic15

One of our goals at ArcticStartup is to bring people closer together and help them get the attention and visibility that they deserve. This extends to Arctic15:Exit Path, the conference that we are organising at the end of May.

As a part of that, we want to help event organizers attract more attendees and visibility. So we are going to promote all events that take either one week before Arctic15 or up-to two weeks after it. Monday the 18th of May – Friday the 13th of June 2014.

So if you already have an event or are planning to organize one in a few months, then please let us know. We will be happy to help, do the necessary introductions and perhaps even help out with the logistics.

Most importantly, we will add your event to our official pre and post Arctic15 agenda, mention them on ArcticStartup, spread the news through our news letter and of course invite our local and international attendees to go check our your event.

What do we ask in return? Nothing, really. Simply put, the more events are going to be happening in the region, the better it is for everybody, so if we want to help make that happen.

This is not limited to just Helsinki. If you are planning events in other parts of the country or even Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania or Sweden – let us know and if you know any startup event organizers, please help us spread the news by sharing this with them.

The main event, Arctic15, will feature top speakers such as the founder of Electronic Arts, Trip Hawkins, startup-investor matchmaking, co-founder speed dating, networking with speakers, startup pitching competition, one-on-one meetings with other attendees and much more.

We are currently still in the Early Bird Tickets stage, which you can get here. The early bird offer extends to demo stands, which means you will be getting two tickets and a demo stand for just 170 EUR extra, compared to just the tickets. We will be giving out a limited amount of those.
