The startup enables easier living for tenants through an app that provides all services and information regarding their apartments. Komu Homes plans to use the capital raised from their pre-seed funding round to launch a new product that will provide additional value to its customers.
Additionally, they plan to expand their reach both domestically and internationally. They will be doing more research on the real estate industry situation in Europe to guide their future expansion plans, as they aim to enter the European market. Ultimately, their long-term goal is to establish themselves as a major player in the global real estate industry.
