Finnish talent acquisition startup Jobilla announces merger in the Netherlands to disrupt recruitment in the Benelux area

Helsinki-born all-in-one applicant tracking system Jobilla and its partner Jobilla Nederland announce their official merger. The startup creates modern methods of recruitment marketing and candidate lead generation. The new business unit Jobilla Benelux BV will focus on candidate-driven practices that target both passive and active candidates, The goal is to make recruitment fully mobile for the candidates.

Talent acquisition scaleup Jobilla and its partner Jobilla Nederland announced their official merger today, creating a new business unit called Jobilla Benelux BV. The new subsidiary joins Jobilla Finland and Jobilla DACH GmbH to become the third fundamental pillar of the Jobilla Group. The merger provides more resources for Jobilla Benelux BV to disrupt traditional recruitment in the market by focusing on candidate-driven practices that target both passive and active candidates, making recruitment fully mobile for the candidates, and automating the candidate selection process.

Jobilla Benelux CEO Selma Stevense-Bakker started as a solo entrepreneur of Jobilla in 2021 after learning about its innovative candidate-driven approach. In 18 months, she grew Jobilla Nederland into a 14-person team that has grown over 500% in 2022, going from €200k in revenue to €1.3M. Jobilla Benelux plans to add another 5 people to its team in 2023.
