Jobbatical raises €510 000 for reshaping the future of work

    Estonian startup strengthens its position as the global trendsetter of millennial workforce.

    One of the hottest early-stage startups from the Baltic region right now, Jobbatical, announces raising €510 000 today on their latest funding round. Within just 10 months after launching their Beta, the online marketplace connecting tech and business talent has become a global trendsetter for the the millennial workforce while reshaping the future of work in a global scale.

    “Every day hundreds of people join our talent community and we have grown almost twelve times since April. It really seems, therefore, that a dormant wanderlust gene has been activated in techies across the globe,” says Karoli Hindriks, the founder and CEO of Jobbatical.

    The investment round was led by early stage fund SmartCap. Investors also included the biggest online media company in the Baltic region Ekspress Group – And angel investors Joakim Karske (Finland), Christopher Sier (UK), Janis Rancans (Latvia), Indrek Prants, Andres Kull, Gunnar Kobin and Joel Aasmäe (Estonia).
