Job Description

We are looking for a sales manager to help drive new business to Turnpike. As Turnpike first commercial product was launched earlier this year, we are now looking for a motivated individual who can create a strategic agenda with future customers based on Turnpikes value proposition. Turnpike carries relevance both in relation to more strategic digital agendas as well as part of in-store operations/communications agendas.

As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Translate Turnpikes functionality into values for future customers.
  • Create and develop new leads through available channels primarily within Retail and Hospitality.
  • Identify customer driven needs as part of Turnpikes product development process.
  • Utilize the organization and be an important instrument in maintaining Turnpikes customer centric approach.
  • Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
  • Ask smart questions, take risks, and champion new ideas.

About you:

  • Two or more years of sales experience. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in solutions selling to buyers with operational and/or technical background.
  • Ability to work with customers to understand requirements and how Turnpikes solution can be used to create most value.
  • Experience in negotiating agreements.
  • Experience of working with CRM systems and good knowledge of Microsoft programs.
  • Be excited about collaborating and communicating closely with teams and other stakeholders.
  • Be passionate about resolving user pain points through solution thinking.
  • Be passionate about driving results!

It’s a plus if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Experience in working with a SaaS-solution or retail
