Barma is looking for an intern to join our business development team, which is located in Aarhus. The internship period is adapted to the company and your needs. As an intern in Barma’s business development team, you will develop sales strategies, generate and execute leads, book demo meetings with potential customers and make offers after the customers’ needs.
During your internship, you will be required to work with other team members with years of experience within your work area. Who will offer you knowledge and guidance for specific cases in addition to your freedom of developing professional and personal skills on your own. Everybody in Barma is former graduate, and therefore we know the importance of feedback and focus on learning objectives for your internship.
You should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment and will finish the internship have gained broad experience in various aspects of sales.
What to expect from Your Internship?
In your internship, your work assignments will primarily relate to business development. The list below contains some of the work areas you will potentially work on in your internship. The detailed specification of work tasks is designed in a dialogue between you and Barma so that both your and our interests are met.
- Create and execute lead generation.
- Participate in external calls and sales calls.
- Making, including product demos.
- Email correspondence with current and potential customers.
- Attend customer and supplier meetings.
- Handling sales and customers through the CRM system HubSpot.
We are looking for an intern who possesses most of the following qualifications:
- Ability to multitask and take initiative.
- A proactive and can-do attitude.
- Ability to take direction and absorb information quickly.
- You love working performance-based and strive to achieve your goals.
- Socially minded and eloquent.
- Reflective with good self-insight.
- Must have a passion for sales and lead generation.
- Must be fluent in either Swedish, Norwegian, or English.

Among others, we collaborate with HORESTA and a large number of customers, where we offer e-learning that intends to create a competence increase for their employees. We at Barma ensure a structured onboarding, so you can get into the work tasks as easily and quickly as possible. We have had quite a few interns over time, which has helped us develop our approach to good onboarding.
