Job Opening: Revenue Enablement Manager

Reports to: Director of Revenue Operations

As part of our continued investment in our enablement culture, we’re looking for a Revenue Enablement Manager to join our expanding, international and vibrant team.

As a Revenue Enablement Manager at Ardoq, you’ll play an essential part in our expansion. You’ll be a strategic partner to our revenue team. You’ll lead the charge in building our revenue enablement function to empower the revenue team as they position and sell Ardoq, sitting in the important intersection between marketing, sales, customer success, and product. The results of your work will be scalable growth for Ardoq in a market growing to $1.3 Billion by 2025 (According to Research and Markets).

How you will spend your days:

  • Work with the sales management teams to improve sales efficiency and expertise
  • Create a Sales enablement framework across the customer journey
  • Continuous training for Sales and CS teams
  • Build a repository of assets that are easily available and analyze their impacts
  • Develop a training network globally
  • Develop assessments to measure the effectiveness of the enablement programs
  • Oversee and improve the commercial onboarding to ramp new hires

We imagine you will bring:

  • 3+ years of experience as sales enablement from a SaaS B2B company
  • Technical background with demonstrated ability to simplify and explain complex concepts
  • Experience with coaching and enhancing sales frameworks (MEDDIC)
  • Experience in designing, planning, rolling out, and maintaining an Enablement and Training program
  • Understanding of SaaS sales concepts, methodologies, and frameworks Experience with Sales tooling (Gong, Navigator, HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach)
