What does a People & Workspace Coordinator do at PentaLock?

We are looking for an experienced People and Workspace Coordinator to join our team. You will play an important role in our growth journey and be responsible for finding, recruiting, and retaining our next top talents. You will also play a leading role in creating our company. If this could be you, let’s look at the responsibilities you will get.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Assist with the recruitment process from A to Z. You will make sure to gather job descriptions, write the job posts and communicate with the candidates through the process – it’s a good way to get to know the business and the departments as well.
  • Create and handle employment contracts and other employee related documents
  • Coordinate the pre- & onboarding processes for all new employees
  • Continuously optimize our employee handbook
  • Assist in the development of people surveys to ensure a great culture – we are just starting on the journey, and need you to make it happen
  • Be part of the go-to team for solving various problems
  • Be the front runner of good vibes and energy
  • Have focus on mental & physical wellbeing in how the office works
  • Ensure that our space is always equipped, and organized
  • Handle important stakeholders, suppliers, agreements, negotiations etc
  • Help team members and guests visiting from and make sure they instantly feel at home
  • Support the team in hosting social activities, other events, team meetings and celebrations
  • To be ambitious and grow with the job with a focus on people, talent, and culture

Who you are:

If we should mention some of the things that comes to mind it could be:

  • Experience from a similar role
  • Structured, great administrative skills and proactive in the way you work
  • Ability to stay focused in constantly changing tasks and a myriad of different areas of responsibilities
  • Excellent communications skills – both oral and written
  • Excellent people skills
  • It would be great if you have experience with employment law
  • You can have all sorts of fine education, but your experience and attitude are what matters
  • You can join us, at our office in Aalborg, Denmark
  • Fluent English + good Danish skills required
