Who we are

We’re on a mission to make investing better for everyone in Europe. More specifically, we’re making it light years better (sorry… we had to!). We’re combining multi-currency accounts with unlimited access to global markets so that everyone in Europe can invest freely without sneaky hidden fees or unnecessary barriers.

Over the last year, we’ve grown from just an idea to a regulated business in both the UK and EU, raising $35M and hiring a team of 25 people from some of the best fintechs around along the way. We launched the app in the UK market in Q3 2021 and are gearing up to launch the product across Europe in the coming months.

We’ve got a stellar group of investors, including Lightspeed Venture Partners, Richard Branson, Mosaic Ventures, Taavet Hinrikus, Jaan Tallinn, Sten Tamkivi, Eileen Burbidge as well as a host of angel investors. We raised $35M and were covered in CNBC, TechCrunch, Sifted, Mail Online & the FT.

What you’ll do

People operations

  • Manage employment contracts and other employee related documentation across the UK and Estonia
  • Be the point of contact for all HR related requests
  • Coordinate on- and offboarding for new employees
  • Manage our employee benefits and compensation package

Manage our growing offices

  • Oversee everyday functioning in both offices and create an exceptional work environment.
  • Work with service and facility management providers — this includes cleaning & security services, but also food and drinks vendors
  • Build and coordinate all workplace operations

Internal celebrations & events

  • Organise local monthly team fun, international quarterly get-togethers, and other company wide events
  • Coordinate celebrations for birthdays, work anniversaries and other ad-hoc events
  • Support & initiate health, safety and wellness initiatives
  • Plan and order swag & gifts for partners and events

Ideal Skills & Experience

  • Exceptional written and spoken English. You’ll be chatting to our international team on a daily basis.
  • Previous experience with general human resources processes. Office and/or event management experience is a plus.
  • A proactive mindset to your daily tasks to create the best possible workplace environment.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills.
  • Willingness to travel between our London and Tallinn offices when needed
