We are looking for a motivated and proactive Partnership Manager to join our hyper growth startup!

Sterly is one of the fastest growing startups within foodtech in Finland. Our Mynt app makes it possible for consumers to make digital orders in restaurants through their phone. We have created a centralised platform that consumers can use to order food in all of their favourite restaurants without having to wait in line. We have integrated our own loyalty system into the app where every restaurant or bar has their own coin that the consumer can collect and use in their venues. Covid-19 may have left but smart orders are here to stay!

Your Field of Activity

  • Head of our business development towards hyper growth.
  • Build, grow and develop relationships with companies in the horeca sector.
  • Confidently and articulately present our key USPs to horeca businesses.
  • Set weekly, monthly and quarterly targets and achieve them.
  • Build up and oversee the business development team.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders (e.g. Marketing Team) to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Attend industry events to increase knowledge of wider developments.

Your Experiences and Soft Skills

  • Ability to speak Finnish at a native level.
  • Proficient in English (Our office language).
  • 2-3 years of experience in business development or sales.
  • Strong data analysis skills.
  • Confident communicator with proven oral and written presentation skills.
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude with strong entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive and autonomous.
  • Open to challenges and learning opportunities.
