What you will be doing

  • Develop, present, document, and hand off design concepts,
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative workshops,
  • Frame design problems and communicate divergent design solutions to cross-functional peers, product leadership, and key stakeholders in a clear and compelling way,
  • Apply user-centered design principles and techniques, and partner with development teams to inform and improve solution design,
  • Perform analysis of user research and collect data from internal and external sources,

What we expect

  • 1+ years of experience as a user experience designer with a demonstrated track record
  • Eagerness to work on a big enterprise application handling extreme traffic loads (50/50 maintenance and new features),
  • Must be well-organized and detail-oriented,
  • A solid understanding of e-commerce domains (including wholesale) would be a bonus,
  • Great communication skills,
  • Fluency in English (speaking and writing).
