We are looking for a seasoned IT Recruiter to help grow our organisation. Main responsibilities will include sourcing, screening, and securing specialised IT people to our organisation. Ultimately, you will build a strong technical talent pipeline and hire skilled talent for Agreena. At Agreena, we are harnessing the power of technology to improve the agricultural industry. You will join our mission to provide farmers with new opportunities to invest in an ever more sustainable future both commercially and environmentally.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage the full life cycle of the recruiting process for technical positions
  • Partner with hiring managers, and business leaders in the development and implementation of strategic talent acquisition plans to source and hire diverse technical talent.
  • Apply well-developed sourcing skills to find passive candidates and build talent pools.
  • Build relationships with internal partners and external organizations to stay informed on current industry trends
  • Build and manage relationship with external recruitment agency as per needs
  • Ensure unparalleled 5 star candidate experience
  • Be an ambassador for Agreena employer brand


  • A minimum of 5+ years’ experience in technical or IT recruiting with strong knowledge of the European market or Alternatively, technical background and minimum 3 years of Tech recruitment.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Thorough understanding of technology, technical roles and technical skills
  • Proven track record of sourcing and hiring passive and active technical candidates (both remote and inhouse)
  • 2+ years of agency recruiting experience is ideal, but not required.
  • Positive attitude, highly collaborative, and strong work ethic and sense of integrity
  • Experience with recruiting tools and systems (LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, etc.)

  • We offer a competitive salary. This can either be a commission based or fixed salary model.
  • The position is full time either based in Copenhagen or ability to work remotely (travelling to Copenhagen as per needs).
