As Head of Sales, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact on the success of Videoly’s growth in North America. You’ll be leading efforts in building practices and creating operational processes to help win the market. We’ve got a great product market fit, a stellar North American sales team and a good growth curve – we just need you to help us grow even faster.

What you’ll do

  • Play a key, pioneering role in motivating our sales team to succeed and reach their targets
  • Develop, implement, manage and oversee our North American sales processes
  • Manage, guide, and coach the SDR and AE teams
  • Set and track financial goals, objectives, budgets, sales targets, quotas
  • Analyse sales data to identify potential gaps in our processes
  • Work collaboratively with various internal teams
  • Ensure sales and marketing team are aligned

What you’ll bring

  • 3+ years of developing a stellar sales team, preferably in SaaS or solution sales
  • History of success in sales positions; you’ve led from the front in a goal-oriented team
  • Passion to lead, coach and develop others around you
  • Team player with empathy for colleagues and customers
  • Analytical mindset, an ability to identify blocks in the funnel and continuously develop the sales process
  • Knowledge of product value and aligning with customer needs
  • Positive, open-minded and quick to spot opportunities in growth periods
  • Keenness to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and a determination to succeed
  • Self-starter and knowledge in a startup environment is a plus 🌱
  • Managing managers is also a plus
