We have big ambitions and will be expanding into multiple European markets, starting with Finland and Germany. To establish Oda as the 4th major player in the Finnish market, and to successfully launch in Germany and several future markets, we are now looking for a rockstar Global Paid social expert to play a major role!

What you’ll do as a Paid Social Manager with us 🤸🏽

    • Work across different markets as the subject matter expert/specialist for paid social
    • Liaise with the relevant partner agencies where needed, to help build out our paid social capabilities
    • Own the day to day relationship with all relevant social platforms and technology providers to ensure accurate and always up to date knowledge of latest market best practices, innovations and opportunities
    • Measure, monitor, and analyse performance to identify optimisation opportunities
    • Execute paid social best practices and optimisation across bidding, creative and landing pages
    • Scope and set up tests, execute, analyse and present results to the Acquisition team and the rest of the business, propose recommendations and rollout schedules based on results
    • Cooperate with technology enablement team to identify areas to increase efficiency and further automation of processes
    • Optimise and scale campaigns against tight, granular KPIs; manipulate, analyse and interpret complex data sets relating to the activity
    • Work closely with other members of the Growth team across all regions
    • Drive new customer growth and revenue growth at an international scale

To be successful, we believe you bring 🚀

    • 4+ years of relevant experience
    • Approach problem-solving with a growth mindset and are familiar with growth methodologies, like AARRR framework, experimentation, growth loops and incrementality testing
    • Proven track record on managing paid social campaigns in different languages
    • Proven track record of delivering growth for a B2C company via paid social
    • Good understanding of current industry challenges and strong opinion on how to address these
    • Experience with managing data feeds and working with large data sets to build out analysis and insight into growth opportunities
    • Excellent communication skills to outline your thinking and decisions
    • Extensive experience of Facebook/Instagram. Ideally also Snapchat, Pinterest and TikTok.
    • Understanding of the role app acquisition plays and skilled at implementing paid social practices to achieve that

The following will probably be helpful, but not essential 💡

    • Knowledge in or experience of working with SQL
    • Fluency in English and another EU language
