Farmer Success Specialist -Intern / Student (Polish Speaking)

As more and more farmers across Europe are trusting Agreena and joining our Carbon Programme, we’re expanding our Customer Success team with dynamic, resourceful and purpose-driven CS experts! We are therefore looking for a Farmer Success Specialist to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers.

As a Farmer Success Specialist, your role will be to oversee a portfolio of customers on our platform, actively seek new subscriptions opportunities across our user base and support our yearly Carbon cycle. You will therefore have to have frequent contacts with farmers and landowners, to support them in setting up their fields for the upcoming harvest year, supporting them in building their profiles and strategies and guiding new potential subscribers into joining the programme.

In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Support, Carbon and Product Development departments) to improve the entire customer experience.


  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Organise and support the harvest year cycle through validation of new users, contracting, reporting on farmer activities and issuing the certificates
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Contacting and convincing new potential users to join the programme
  • Reinforce the support activities by answering to customer requests and claims


  • Currently doing masters in, Economic, business or similar and looking for long term student work or internship
  • Proven work experience as a Customer Success Specialist or relevant role in a SaaS startup/scaleup setting
  • Knowledge or experience in the agribusiness industry, sustainability or carbon science
  • Excellent listening and presentation abilities, with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
