About the role:

We want to accelerate our eCommerce growth, in Scandinavia as well as internationally, and we are looking for someone with the drive and skills to make that happen. You will be responsible for improving our online retail performance and spearheading the online retail expansion of momkind’s portfolio of products. You will report to the CEO & founder.

Your main tasks:

  • Develop and implement a winning eCommerce strategy
  • Improve website performance and customer experience
  • Plan and execute promotional initiatives to improve sales performance and conversion rates, e.g., product launches, contests, and giveaways
  • Manage paid media channels — focus on Google Ads and paid SoMe
  • Oversee and optimize our inventory B2B platform (Traede)
  • Analyze and improve website traffic and user engagement metrics
  • Monitor and manage stock and forecasting
  • Returns management, including processes and policies
  • Identify emerging market trends and tap into new business opportunities driving our future growth

We are looking for someone who likes to work with a result-oriented approach at both a practical and strategic level. Experience from another scaleup or startup is a plus. The most important personal skills you bring to this role are your drive, the willingness to learn, and a desire to grow. Your qualifications:

  • 2+ years related experience with ecommerce — preferably from a comparable category
  • Great analytical skills and a good understanding of data
  • Excellent skills in email marketing and email automations (Klaviyo)
  • Deep understanding of customer mindsets and consumer trends
  • Experience with creating and running partnerships in one form or another
  • Strong skills in managing an online store (WooCommerce)
  • Fluent in English — top communications skills both written and oral.

We expect you to be familiar with working in a team which is pretty focused on brand and user experience in all aspects. It is key that our future eCommerce strategy draws on the momkind brand and its ever-evolving content universe from TikTok to podcasts.

About momkind:

Founded in 2019 by Nanna Schultz. Our mission is to break taboos surrounding pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood. We offer innovative, high-quality products, and we build communities where moms can share openly and free from judgement.

We are on a significant growth journey in our existing markets, driven by relevant products and meaningful content creation for our online community. We are currently looking into internationalization and launching in new markets. To ensure scalability and customer satisfaction, we are in the process of outsourcing our warehouse and streamlining our order handling. Projects that will undoubtedly make the next chapter even more exciting.

Currently, the momkind team consists of a Content Manager, a Digital Marketing Specialist, a Head of Brand, a Customer Success Assistant, an Intern, two Warehouse Assistants, and the founder. We also work with 5 freelancers and various agencies.

At momkind we work 30 hours a week. Working from home is allowed, however we expect that the majority of the working hours are spend at the office.

We are located at Esromgade 15 in Nørrebro — home to some of Copenhagen’s most vibrant startups.
