About this role

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our rapidly growing CS team (over the last 12 months, we’ve doubled the size of CS team members)! In this role, you will be focusing on working with our client base in Sweden to ensure that they have the best experience using Leadfeeder. This is a remote position but you can also choose to work from one of our offices in Helsinki (HQ), Copenhagen, Stockholm or Utrecht.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Manager, your responsibilities will revolve around owning the entire customer journey. Each day, you will :

  • Onboard and educate new clients and help them adapt Leadfeeder as part of their sales and marketing tool stack.
  • Coach and recommend solutions to clients based on your industry and product expertise.
  • Be responsible for renewals and drive expansion opportunities in your client base.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to our champions and form close relationships with all levels of clients.
  • Gather feedback to our product team and to help develop Leadfeeder to match customers requirements and expectations.

Requirements

  • 1 yrs+ experience with client facing roles such as customer success, account management or customer support.
  • A creative self-starter mindset that strives to find solutions to problems with your can-do attitude.
  • You are analytical and have a love to work with data
  • Strong time management skills – you will be working with a client base of ~200 clients, which means you need to be able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and requests.
  • You are commercially minded and excited to search for growth opportunities in your client base.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills – you will be building both internal and external relationships daily.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English language.
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing trends or experience within B2B SaaS.
  • A healthy curiosity around technology.

Desirable

  • Previous marketing or sales experience
  • Experience of one of the major CRM integrations (Pipedrive, Salesforce, Dynamics, Hubspot).
  • Additional language skills, especially other Nordic languages
  • Experience with data reporting tools or API
