Things are going really well for embla – we are growing fast and we are now looking for a strong candidate to engage with customers, and make sure they they have best possible experience with their first contact with embla.

What you will be doing

  • Helping our customers with various inquires directly
  • Continuously develop and improve the internal processes that leads a great customer experience with regards to support
  • Building knowledge base content both externally and internally
  • Building and executing surveys of members, and similar initiatives to understand thoughts, intend etc.
  • Manage and educate our upcoming support team

About you

  • 2+ years of experience with Customer support/success
  • Highly extrovert personality who thrives on bringing our customers more than they expected and making them shine
  • Structured, having a strong analytical mindset and naturally taking ownership and action
