As we are experiencing increasing demand, we are seeking employees to join the digital procurement revolution.
Customer Experience is part of our great customer success team, which goal is to help customers achieve repeated impact with our spend management solution. Moreover, the role is integral in building a scalable support model, by expanding our support materials and solutions for effective communication with customers.
As Customer Experience Representative, you will
Provide first line of support: Own all customer communications and support issues from initial contact through to resolution. You’ll triage all inbound conversations, and escalate conversations to either product or customers success managers
Drive the expansion of our customer support materials by expanding our Help Center. This is a key initiative in the company – to move from a high to low touch model
Track key metrics and build reports for VP CS
Work in close collaboration with the different product teams to develop identify key improvement areas by leveraging first-hand experience with customers and the product

Other qualifications include
Minimum bachelor’s degree
Fluent in English and Norwegian – oral and written
