GoMore is a fast-growing car-sharing service that helps people share cars. We have more than a million members in Denmark and are looking for a new colleague who is passionate about helping them big and small.

We are looking for a service-minded Danish-speaking colleague for our Customer Care team in Copenhagen. The position is part-time (15-20 hours per week).

Who we are looking for

It is important that you like our concept and that you have the flair to help other people. 

You are good at listening, mediating and efficiently resolving all inquiries and you are motivated by delivering a particularly good customer experience. 

Your primary job responsibilities

  • Handle inquiries from our members via email, chat, phone and social media.
  • Help new and existing members become even better at car sharing.
  • Validate new and existing members on our platform.
  • Ad hoc tasks that improve team workflows and the overall customer experience.
