The co-founder/partner takes on the responsibility of building the commercial strategies to boost sales and scale revenues. You manage existing clients and source new ones. As Chief Customer Officer (CCO), you also take part in the strategy plans for the company, in building/managing the sales team and mentoring the marketing and financial departments.
The ideal candidate is someone with experience in the startup world (startup or venture), and with the capital to buy equity in the company. You should be able to demonstrate experience in building up and delivering a growth strategy from the ground up.

Marcele is an e-commerce platform where fashion & lifestyle SMEs can source surplus fabrics from European fashion houses and suppliers. Our mission is to enable responsible digital sourcing for Fashion Makers.
The EU textile and clothing sector employs 1.7 million people and has a turnover of EUR 181 billion. The fashion industry is the 2nd larger polluter and generate 16 millions tons of textile waste per year. We need greener transformations englobing recycling and automation solutions. Only 25% of the fabric waste is gathered by NGOs and other businesses.
Marcele empowers small fashion businesses, that represent 90% of the industry’s workforce, to be more competitive and to build more scalable businesses by accessing high quality and durable surplus materials, physical and digital, at a competitive price. Furthermore it gives the opportunity for suppliers and manufacturers to monetize their waste that would otherwise end up incinerated or in landfills.
