    About The Role

    As Chief Marketing Officer, you will mainly be responsible for developing and implementing new marketing strategies and lead our marketing team by example.

    In this high-profile role, you will be responsible for defining the digital vision and strategy for Mindvalley and will be accountable for ensuring the delivery of an excellent, stimulating and innovative digital experience to all Mindvalley customers

    To be successful in this role, you will be able to tailor marketing strategies to complement the organization’s objectives. You will have excellent leadership and communication skills to successfully provide guidance to your team, and you will have a vast knowledge of current marketing trends.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy and execute a sophisticated marketing plan, while effectively managing brand and budgets, to ensure the internal and external brand is optimally aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives
    • Explore the utilisation of market leading, multi-channel communication developments and technologies to keep all audiences informed, engaged and connected with the group
    • Create a road map for rapidly elevating digital outreach, engagement and service across all platforms, identify costs, dependencies, etc.
    • Conduct thorough analysis on marketing ROI and successfully develop cost effective solutions that the team can implement
    • Team-player and builder who can execute and thrive in a fast-paced environment and startup culture; strong decision-maker with the ability to reorient teams and drive execution cross-functionally when priorities change or are ambiguous
    • Actively participate in annual master planning process to integrate strategy work with operational planning, along with the creation of a master calendar
    • Oversee the development of core content and social strategies through the content team to enrich engagement, exercise synergies across marketing outputs and unlock potential content and social-led themes and campaign

    Requirements

    • Minimum 10 years experience leading high performance Marketing teams
    • Experience with pre-IPO tech/ Marketing companies
    • Experience with mergers & acquisitions is a plus
    • Experience scaling and leading large Marketing teams
    • Experience managing C-Level stakeholders and managing complex phased projects
    • Excellent Interpersonal & Communication skills
