In performance marketing, we are driven by and try to understand the  results  of our customers’ marketing. We specialize in getting the right message out to the right people at the right time – primarily digitally.

We imagine that you:

  •  Have> 2 years of work experience from a relevant job where you have been in charge of advertising and reporting (eg Google Ads, social advertising, etc.).
  • Presumably has worked with B2B marketing, with bonus points for experience in scaleups or SaaS lead generation (though not necessary) ..
  • Speaks and writes both Danish and English to a very high level.
  • Want to be physically present at our office in Østerbro in Copenhagen.

The role of Performance Marketing Specialist

First and foremost, it is in  performance that we help our customers plan, execute and evaluate their marketing activities.

Together with our other leg in Helion B2B – our inbound strategists – we help B2B brands create strategic lead generation so that our customers reach their goals. In performance, it is our job to ensure that our customers can measure their activities and that the data results in insights and improvements.

Unlike other performance departments, where each employee typically sits with a single channel, we get together with our colleagues all the way around our customers’ business, and we work both strategically, tactically and operationally.

That is, we each deal with prioritization and planning, advertising on multiple media and channels across the customer journey, websites (including SEO and CRO), content activation, lead nurturing, and performance measurement (ROI considerations, data visualization, and more). lign.).

Of course, we do not expect you to be in control of all of the above, but we do expect you to either already have or develop a particular interest in a few or three disciplines. We  are  specialists, but not in a single channel.

Instead, we specialize in getting to know our target audiences so deeply that we become the best at hitting them with the right messages. In short, you have the prospect of becoming much more T-shaped.

As a Performance Specialist in Helion B2B, you also have the prospect of being responsible for your own customers as well as training our associates. You are supported by our Performance Lead, and together you are responsible for your further development.

Therefore, it is also important that you are a team player who understands that the best results are achieved with a good collaboration and common understanding of each other and the task. This applies both internally and externally.

Your responsibilities:

  • Your primary task in the daily prioritization of marketing activities. You can not do everything under the sun, so we prioritize with our customers what is worth investing in. It is our task to provide a good, database-based decision-making basis. That is why we report thoroughly on all activities, both to ourselves and our customers.
  • Next, we execute the initiatives we are betting on; you sit with your nose deep in advertising systems like Google Ads or various social media platforms. Whether you are mostly for one or the other is entirely up to you, but you will get acquainted with most disciplines and work in teams where it all comes into play.
  •  You will help to generate ideas, both during the initial strategy process with your customers and on an ongoing basis. At the same time, you make sure that all ideas are highlighted enough for us and our customers to prioritize them.
  • You must also be involved in setting up tracking systems, such as Google Analytics and conversion tracking in various systems.
  • You will be an active part of our sales process, where you must help ensure that we sell exactly what the customer needs across our various services.
