At Debricked we help companies maximize efficient utilization of Open Source components by developing the highest quality, cutting edge products & technology that integrate into our customer’s software development lifecycle. We help our customers manage all aspects of using Open Source and furthermore, our product supports developers shifting left in the planning phases of development, with generated insights and actions to be taken, slashing development time, raising quality, increasing security, and ultimately delivering value to our customers. We support some of the most forward leaning tech teams in the Nordics with customers such as the European Tech Unicorn Kry/Livi.

As a fast moving, venture capital backed start-up in the acceleration phase of our journey, we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our ambitious team in Malmö to drive sales in medium and corporate sized businesses and help us explore and develop new opportunities in the market.

In this role you will:

  • Take responsibility for the entire sales cycle from prospect to penetration and closing
  • Create new and maintain established relationships with clients at all levels across their organizations
  • Hold sales calls with your own sourced leads and qualified leads coming from SDRs and inbound marketing
  • Utilize HubSpot to track all pertinent account information and sales progress as well as forecast and prioritize to achieve monthly quota goals
  • Deliver initial high-level demos of the products and engaging with product experts for deeper level demos
  • Create a smooth handover from sales to customer success, collaborate regularly with the CS team for cross sell and up-sell opportunities
  • Continuously improve processes to increase engagement and sales with existing client base

What we are looking for:

  • You have a solid understand of development environments, concepts and related tooling
  • You have a strong track record from 5+ years of complex, consultative, solution sales to consistently achieving and surpassing your targets
  • You have a proactive mindset, being able to set the direction for both the client and the account team.
  • You have demonstrated experience within relationship management and leadership
  • You are comfortable to take a clear leadership role throughout a complex sales cycle, from establishing a relationship, through the discovery process to ultimately delivering value to our customers
  • You are highly motivated and a self-starter
  • You have an insight into the mechanics of how organizations can maximize the benefit of the solutions proposed
  • You have experience in HubSpot, Sales Force or another CRM system
  • You have great communication and presentation skills in English and are comfortable talking to all levels of an organization from the CIO to developers
  • You have excellent critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills

It is a plus if you have:

  • Language skills: Swedish, German or any of the Western European languages
  • A technical university degree
